**Custom Battery Pack – No Refund Policy** All battery packs are built to order based on the customer’s specific requirements. Due to the custom nature of these builds, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is received, materials are purchased and/or work begins. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after an order has been confirmed. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
